Overview
Historical Review Recovery is an Operator-required commercial extension for importing eligible historical customer records, mapping old tour names to current Operator tours, and sending governed verified-review outreach. Operators can edit the former-customer review request subject and body, monitor live queue and reminder state, see last and next sends with site-time/UTC labeling, control campaign start, pause, resume, cancel, and manual batch processing, and discard an untouched bad import before any customer contact exists. Licensing, entitlement, integrity, and trust state are resolved through Operator and Mothership.

Can the former-customer email copy be edited?
Yes. The module includes a built-in template editor for the former-customer review request subject and body. The default copy remains available as a resettable fallback.
Does TEST mode email customers?
No. TEST mode selects one eligible historical recipient, personalizes that message, and sends it only to the operator email.
Does the module create bookings for historical customers?
No. Historical customers can be adopted as verified customers after successful LIVE contact, but no fake Operator bookings are created.
