Login and password resets
Use your Mothership username or email on the UltimaTour login screen. Operator and Customer Zero accounts are not reset through Partner WordPress.
Account issues
Tell us the Mothership login email and business name. Do not send passwords.
Product issues
Tell us the product name, product URL, and whether you were viewing public product details or account modules.
Installation issues
Tell us the WordPress site domain, plugin name, and the error shown during install, activation, download, or license check.
